Terms of Service

By commissioning me or ordering from me you agree to my terms of service

! NOTHING made by me, under any circumstances, may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency or in
any machine learning AI or AI generating.

What I can draw

  • Any real or fantasy-related character

  • Humans, humanoids, anthros, fantasy races (DnD, WoW , FF etc...)

  • Blood , light gore

  • Dark Fantasy (Dark Souls, Bloodborne etc..)

  • Medieval

  • Armor and weapon design

  • Fanarts

What I won't draw

  • Futuristic - space stuff

  • Complex architecture

  • Complicated backgrounds

  • Any offensive material (political, racist ,pedophilia, incest etc...)

  • Logo designs

General

  • I hold the right to refuse any commission at any time

  • Client must be or be above the legal age (18)

  • You can post and share your order on your social media - with proper credit (link one of my social media and mention me in description)

  • I only take upfront payment via Paypal or Ko-fi (I wont start working on your commission until I recieve the payment).

  • I will not refund after you approve the sketch and I wont refund if you didn't like the final result

  • I will gladly provide you with WiP but Do not Rush me. Constant pestering will get your commission canceled

violating my terms of service will put you on my blacklist - you will not be able to commission me again or purchase designs from me.

Commission

  • Provide me with all information and references of the character (ref sheets, wow dressing room , etc..) . You can also provide me with poses and expression ideas or give me total artistic liberty to come up with them. If you have no art to show, provide me with clear description. You can also use photos, simple doodles, etc of your idea

  • It may take up to a month or more for your commission to be finished.

  • If you want commission done at a specific time (birthday, holidays, etc) tell me before, not during the process. Price may be different on how tight the deadline is.

  • You can ask me to correct/change anything on the Sketch part or any minor changes during any phase. Any additional edit made when the drawing is finished (as long if it is not my mistake) will cost +10€ each change

Usage Policy

  • I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner

  • Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself within any place or site or earn money with it

  • The commissioners are allowed to:

  • Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

  • Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

  • Use the drawing to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

  • Commercial usage can be discussed

  • If you want your work to remain anonymous tell me before otherwise I will post it and tag you
